Philosophy
Madeiterraneo is a journey through the gastronomic traditions of populations overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Madeiterraneo complies with seasonality and it makes use of excellent raw materials and innovative techniques to enhance tastes and flavors. Madeiterraneo is perfumes and colors. Conviviality and hospitality.
Location
Clear lines and shiny surfaces characterize the restaurant’s entrance that immediately opens onto the city and the sky. The light floods every space: it is the leitmotiv of the restaurant’s terrace that could be enjoyed in the cold season as well. The view sweeps over the splendid panorama of the roofs of the capital. Green, yellow blue sofas and velvet armchairs alternate with the white / black colors of the marble of the tables with brass details. All colors give pleasure to the interior environment.
La cucina
A traditional-Mediterranean Gastronomic proposal which plays with all Mediterranean cuisine’s flavors leading the guest into a journey through different gastronomic traditions starting from the Roman one passing through the Mallorcan tradition and ending with Greek flavors, marking different stages.
